Update information

This guide will help you update your personal and store information on BettaMax. Accurate information helps the payment gateway approve your account faster and ensures that BettaMax communicates with the right people.

 

Update personal information #

Personal information includes full name, phone number, and country. Please fill in all information completely and accurately, as PayPal uses this information to verify the merchant’s identity.

  1. Log in to admin.bettamax.com .
  2. Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner, then select Account .
  3. In the Personal Information tab , fill in the fields: Full Name , Phone Number , Country .
  4. Click Save changes .
Note: Your full name must match the name on the bank account or PayPal account you will use to withdraw funds. A mismatch in name may cause delays in payment processing.

 

Update store information #

Store information includes the store name, a brief description, and a customer contact email. This information is displayed directly on the checkout page and in the order confirmation email sent to the customer.

  1. From the sidebar, select Settings > Store information .
  2. Fill in the store name , using a brand name that customers will recognize.
  3. Enter your contact email address ; this is the address customers will use to inquire about their order.
  4. Fill in a brief store description if needed, maximum 160 characters.
  5. Press Save .
Tip: Use a separate email address for your store, distinct from your personal email. This makes managing customer support requests more efficient as orders increase.

 

Change your account profile picture. #

The profile picture is displayed in the management interface and in the employee permissions section. It does not affect the interface that customers see.

  1. Go to Account > Personal Information .
  2. Click on your current profile picture, then select Upload photo .
  3. Select an image file from your computer (JPG or PNG format, maximum 2MB), then click Save .
