Product Management Overview

Choose the language for this docs:

The My Product page is where you manage all the products in your BettaMax store. This guide will help you understand how to read the product list, filter by status, perform quick searches, and carry out commonly used management operations.

Access the My Product page. #

All products added to the store are displayed here, regardless of whether they are active or draft. This is the starting point for all product-related actions.

  1. Log in to admin.bettamax.com .
  2. From the menu bar on the left, select My Product .

Read the product list. #

The product list displays all the necessary information for daily management. Each line represents a product with key information displayed directly without needing to open the details.

Each product in the list displays the following columns:

  • Product image and name — Thumbnail image and name displayed in the store.
  • Status — Active, Draft, or Archived.
  • Inventory — The quantity remaining if you manage your inventory.
  • Product Type — The product category you have assigned.
  • Vendor — The name of the supplier associated with the product.
  • Creation date — The date the product was added to the store.

Filter and search products #

When your store has many products, use filters and a search bar to find them quickly instead of scrolling through the entire list. Filters can combine multiple criteria at once.

Search by name #

  1. Enter the name or keyword in the ” Search products” box at the top of the list.
  2. The list is automatically filtered by the keywords you enter.

Filter by status #

Click on the status tab at the top of the list: All , Active , Draft , or Archived .

Filter by other conditions #

  1. Press the Filter button to open the advanced filter panel.
  2. Select your filtering criteria: by Vendor , Product type , or Collection .
  3. Click Apply to apply the filter.
Tip: Combine the status tab with filters for faster searching. For example, select the Draft tab and then filter by Collection to see unpublished products in a specific collection.

Quick actions on the list #

You can perform several common actions directly from the list without opening each product individually, saving time when you need to process many products at once.

Edit a product #

Click on the product name or image to open the details editing page.

Bulk action #

  1. Check the checkbox to the left of each product you want to select. Check the checkbox at the top of the table to select all products on the page.
  2. The Bulk action bar appears. Select the action you want to perform:
    • Set as Active — Changes the product to the “currently for sale” status.
    • Set as Draft — Hide the product from the store.
    • Archive — Stores products (cannot be displayed or deleted).
    • Delete — Delete permanently.
  3. Confirm the action when prompted.
Warning: The Delete action permanently removes the product and cannot be undone. If you only want to temporarily hide the product, use Set as Draft or Archive instead of Delete.

Sort the product list #

The order of products in the listing can affect how they are displayed on some pages of your store. You can sort the listing by various criteria for faster searching or more efficient management.

  1. Click on the column header (column name) you want to sort by. For example, click on Date created to sort by creation date.
  2. Press again to reverse the sorting direction (ascending/descending).

Subsequent product management tasks #

From the My Product page, you can quickly access the most frequently used tasks in your daily product management.
