BettaMax.com takes your privacy very seriously. BettaMax.com is committed to protecting your privacy and this Privacy Policy explains our data collection, use and disclosure practices.                    

We are improving the content of the Terms and Conditions page. The following are the main ideas aimed at binding the company and Merchants.      

This Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) covers how BettaMax.com treats the personal information that BettaMax.com collects and receives from you through the applications it releases.           

BettaMax has the right to stop providing services and freeze the balance sheet immediately when there are any signs of fraud in the user’s account.    

You understand and agree to provide public contact information, policies and ordering schedules on your BettaMax store.                          

The user undertakes all reporting responsibilities, and is authorized by the competent authority in the country where the user lives and the country where seller does business. Users take full responsibility if they violate the law.                                  

I. Collection and Use of Information                 

When you register for a BettaMax.com account, BettaMax.com collects personal information such as your username, email address, date of birth, gender, and any other personal information you enter into the Service, as well as your account profile picture.                                           

Users must register BettaMax account with real and non-repetitive information. Users are responsible for all information, photos, documents and files uploaded by users to BettaMax. BettaMax has the right to refuse to approve the account, or immediately stop providing services if it is found that the account information has been tampered with.                             

BettaMax.com will use your personal information for the following general purposes: (i) to provide you with the Service; (ii) to respond to your questions and comments; (iii) to notify you via email (or other electronic means) about the Service; (iv) for statistical purposes and (v) other purposes clearly stated to you at the time of collection.             

Users must be at least 18 years old and have sufficient rights, and their law enforcement capabilities include: international law; The laws of the country where the user is located and the laws of the market where the user operates.                

When you use the Service, you can set your personal information, BettaMax.com stores and collects this information so that BettaMax.com can provide you with the Service and personalized features.                

Users must ensure that all registered information is their owner. If users register accounts on behalf of their business owners, they must ensure that they use the business owner’s information and provide proof that they are allowed to use/access the business owner’s official email. When registering an account on behalf of the business owner, the business owner agrees to BettaMax’s policies and terms by default.                  

Please note that if you enter payment details into the Service when purchasing Service packages (subscriptions), BettaMax.com does not receive or store that payment information, as that information is received, stored and used by our payment service provider for the purpose of completing the transaction purchase.                  

When creating a Staff account for the Store, the Staff account must meet the same subject information and legal liability requirements as the Store Owner account.                                            

II. Storage of Personal Information                                 

Member’s personal information will be automatically stored securely in the memory of the BettaMax.com website server for the duration of the Member’s membership on BettaMax.com and/or as soon as the Member sends a request to delete personal information on the BettaMax.com website to the contact phone number or email of the BettaMax.com website administrator.   

III. Cookies                                                                       

A cookie is a small piece of data, often including a unique anonymous identifier, that is sent to your browser from your devices (computer or phone…) and stored on your device. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. If you want to delete any cookies that are already on your device, please refer to your browser’s instructions to locate the file or directory that stores cookies. If you reject all cookies, you will not be able to use some features of the Service.                                           

BettaMax.com allows other organizations to display advertisements or provide services on some of our websites to set and access their cookies on your device. These other organizations must use cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies, not this one.

The Member agrees that, if necessary, the following agencies/organizations/individuals have the right to access and collect their personal information, including:

Third party with services integrated with the BettaMax.com website;                                          

V. Security and Security       

We will take steps to protect personal data by using reasonable standard security measures to prevent loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.          

BettaMax does not collect and keep user account passwords. Users are responsible for protecting their own property. If the user forgets the password and cannot log in to the email account used to register BettaMax account, the account cannot be restored.                                         

BettaMax.com has security measures in place to protect your personal information. However, data transmission over the Internet is not guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, BettaMax.com cannot guarantee or guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to BettaMax.com. Specifically, by accessing and using the Service, you are at your own risk and have the responsibility to restrict access to your computer and ensure that your computer is free of all types of malware, spyware, viruses, Trojans, etc. which may track any data you enter into the Service, including email address and payment information. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the user’s failure to comply with this section.  

VI. Third-Party Websites           

If the Service links to other websites, those other websites do not operate under this Privacy Policy. BettaMax.com encourages you to review the privacy statements posted on those other websites to understand their personal information collection, use and disclosure practices.
