This guide will help you create your first dropshipping store on BettaMax, from choosing a template to getting your store ready to receive orders. No programming or design knowledge is required. It takes about 15 to 30 minutes.
Before we begin:
- I have a BettaMax account and have successfully logged in.
- I have already prepared the name of the store I want to use.
- A logo is already included (optional, can be added later).
Access Store Builder #
Store Builder is where you build your entire store interface using drag-and-drop functionality, without needing to write any code. This is the first step in creating a complete store.
- Log in to admin.bettamax.com .
- From the dashboard, select Store from the menu bar on the left.
- Click Create Store to start creating a new store.
Choose a theme template #
BettaMax offers many ready-made templates designed for the dropshipping model. Choose a template that suits the product category you plan to sell to save time on customization later.
- View the list of available templates. Each template displays a preview of its desktop and mobile interface.
- Click on the template you want to preview to open the full preview.
- Click Use This Template to select a template and continue.
Name and configure store information. #
The store name and basic information will be displayed to customers and used in the automated email system. Fill it in accurately at this stage to avoid having to update it later.
- Enter the store name in the Store Name field .
- Enter a store description in the Store Description field . This is a short paragraph describing your store, usually appearing in the footer or About page.
- Upload your store logo if you already have one. Click Upload Logo and select an image file from your computer.
- Choose the time zone that suits the market where you sell. Keep the default UTC-8 if selling in the US market.
Set up contact information and address. #
Contact information is used in order confirmation emails sent to customers and on the store’s policy pages. International customers usually check this information before placing an order.
- Enter your contact email address in the Contact Email field . This is the address where you will receive order notifications and customer feedback.
- Enter your phone number in the Phone Number field (optional).
- Fill in the store address in the following fields: Address , City , Country , and Zip Code .
Publishing store #
After completing the basic information, click Publish to officially launch your store. You can still continue to edit the interface and add products after publishing.
- Review all the information you have entered. Scroll to the top of the page if you need to double-check.
- Click Create Store or Publish to complete creating your store.
- The system will take you back to the store management dashboard. Your store is ready.
