This guide shows you how to submit a withdrawal request (Request Payout) on BettaMax. After submitting the request, the money will be transferred to your PingPong account within the same business day if submitted before the specified time. The process takes approximately 3 minutes.
Before we begin:
- PingPong account has been linked to BettaMax.
- The account has an Available Balance greater than 0.
Check your balance before withdrawing. #
Before submitting your request, check the three balance indicators in the Transaction section to see the exact amount you can withdraw.
- From the left sidebar, select Transaction > Payout Request tab .
- Read the three indicators displayed on the screen:
- Total Balance : The total amount of money in the account, including any pending funds.
- On Hold : Money from today’s order will become Available between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM the following day.
- Available Balance : The amount of money available for immediate withdrawal.
Note: On Hold balances cannot be withdrawn immediately; they must be converted to Available balance the following day (2 PM – 3 PM). If you need to withdraw urgently, only the Available Balance can be withdrawn.
Submit a withdrawal request. #
Once you’ve confirmed your Available Balance is sufficient, submit your withdrawal request by following these steps.
- Press the green Request Payout button.
- A confirmation window appears, displaying the current Available Balance. The system defaults to withdrawing the entire available amount.
- Add notes if needed (optional).
- Click Send Request to confirm.
- The Available Balance drops to 0 immediately after submission. The request appears in the list with the status Review or Requesting .
Warning: Requests cannot be canceled after clicking Send Request. Please double-check the balance and connected PingPong account information before confirming.
Track withdrawal status #
After submitting, monitor the status of your request in the Payout Request list.

| Review | For your first withdrawal, the BettaMax team will review it within 3-5 business days. |
| Requesting | Subsequent withdrawals (after initial approval) will be processed within the same day if they fall within the specified timeframe. |
| Approved | Once complete, tap the eye icon to view your payment bill. |
Tip: After the status changes to Approved, click the eye icon in the Action column to upload the payment invoice as accounting evidence.
Processing hours and schedule #
Requests must be submitted before the specified timeframe to be processed the same day.

Note: The system is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Requests submitted over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
