BettaMax is an all-in-one platform that helps Vietnamese sellers build and operate international dropshipping stores without needing inventory or programming knowledge. This page explains what BettaMax does, how dropshipping works, and who is suitable to get started.

 

What is BettaMax? #

BettaMax is an e-commerce platform specifically designed for the dropshipping model. Instead of using many separate tools, BettaMax integrates everything a seller needs into a single system.

How does dropshipping work on BettaMax? #

Dropshipping is a business model where you sell products without maintaining inventory. When a customer places an order on your store, the supplier ships the goods directly to the customer. BettaMax supports this entire process in one platform.

  1. You create a store on BettaMax and list your products with prices that you decide yourself.
  2. Customers place orders and pay directly on your store via the PayPal ACDC payment gateway.
  3. You order from the supplier at cost price; the difference is your profit.
  4. The supplier delivers directly to the customer’s address; you update the tracking number in the system.
  5. The money is transferred to your account via PingPong, from where you can withdraw it to a Vietnamese bank account.

 

Pay T+0: Unlike regular PayPal, which can hold funds for 7-21 days, BettaMax supports a Pay T+0 mechanism, allowing funds to be transferred to your account on the same day of the transaction. See details at Pay T+0: Receive money on the same day .

 

Who is BettaMax suitable for? #

BettaMax is designed to serve a wide range of seller levels, from beginners to experienced teams looking to scale up.

  • Beginners: No store, no supplier, want to try dropshipping with minimal cost. BettaMax offers free basic features, only charging for using payment gateways.
  • Existing sellers: Using ShopBase or Shopify and experiencing issues with held payments. BettaMax solves this problem with Pay T+0 and its built-in payment gateway.
  • Dropshipping team: Requires personnel management, managing multiple stores, and a dedicated technical support team. BettaMax provides Admin, Staff, and Editor access control.
