This page lists common payment errors on BettaMax and how to fix each one. If the error is not on this list, contact support via @btmcsmax .
Before we begin:
- You have connected at least one payment gateway to BettaMax.
- You have access to Settings > Payment on your BettaMax account.
PayPal ACDC cannot connect. #
Symptoms: Clicking Connect results in a redirect to an error page, or the status remains “Not Connected” after authorization on PayPal.
- Confirm you are using a PayPal Business account . Personal accounts do not support ACDC.
- Check if your PayPal account has completed KYC (identity verification). Unverified accounts cannot be connected.
- Log out of PayPal in your browser, then repeat the Connect process from BettaMax.
- Clear your browser cache and try reconnecting.
- If the problem persists, contact @btmcsmax and send a screenshot of the error.
The customer was unable to pay at the store. #
Symptoms: Customer reports an error during checkout; the order is not created. Check the following causes in order.
- Go to Settings > Payment and confirm that PayPal ACDC is in Active mode , not Test Mode .
- Verify that the store is in Active mode , not Draft or Paused .
- Try a test checkout using a test card to confirm the process works from start to finish.
- If you are currently using Test Mode , switch to Live Mode before receiving real payment.
The money is being held and hasn’t been credited to my account after the order was processed. #
Symptoms: Orders are marked as Completed , but payment remains Pending or On Hold after 24-48 hours.
- Go to Settings > Payment > PayPal ACDC and check the status of Pay T+0 .
- If Pay T+0 is not activated, funds will be held by default according to PayPal Standard schedule (7-21 days). This is normal behavior when Pay T+0 is not yet available.
- Contact @btmcsmax to activate Pay T+0. See detailed instructions at Pay T+0: How to receive money on the same day .
- If Pay T+0 is enabled but your funds are still being held, contact support immediately with your Order ID and a screenshot.
PingPong did not receive the money from PayPal ACDC. #
Symptoms: The ACDC PayPal account has funds, but PingPong doesn’t display the balance, or the balance doesn’t change after an order.
- Confirm that PingPong is connected to BettaMax. Go to Settings > Payment > PingPong and check the Connected status .
- Check if your KYC verification on PingPong has been approved. Accounts that haven’t had their KYC approved can still receive funds, but you can’t withdraw them yet.
- Confirm that the correct PingPong account is connected by checking the PingPong email displayed in Settings .
- If everything is correct but the money still hasn’t arrived, contact @btmcsmax with your order number.
The payment request is stuck and hasn’t progressed to “Approved”. #
Symptoms: Withdrawal requests remain in Review or Requesting status for an extended period. Please check the following causes before contacting support.
- For your first withdrawal, it’s normal for the review period to last 3-5 business days. There’s no need to worry if it hasn’t expired yet.
- Please check if the request was submitted during business hours: Monday to Friday, before 14:00 GMT+7.
- Requests submitted over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. See the detailed processing schedule in the Request Payout section on BettaMax .
- If you haven’t been approved after 5 business days , contact @btmcsmax with your payout request code.
