In case you feel your store is at risk of information leakage or you may have forgotten your login password.
Information security is extremely important, so please DO NOT provide your login information to any third party.
Change your password if you still remember your old password. #
Use this method when you want to proactively change your password periodically or after sharing your account with others.
- Log in to admin.bettamax.com .
- On the main login screen, Seller clicks the three-dot icon in the far left corner (next to the Store Name) → Select Log out
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter the email address you used to register your account, then click Send Verification .
- The system records the password change request and the email confirmation request.
- Log in to your registered email account, find the email with the subject ” Reset your password for BettaMax,” and confirm by clicking the link.
Note: Check your Spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox. - Reset your password.
Tip: Your password should be between 8 and 16 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character. This makes your password harder to guess. - After making the changes, click Save to save the new password.
- Please log in again to check.
Reset your password if you’ve forgotten it. #
If you forget your current password, use the email reset feature. BettaMax will send a password reset link to your registered email address.
- Go to admin.bettamax.com/login , then click “Forgot password?”.
- Follow the same steps above to reset your password.
- Log in again using your new password.
Warning: The password reset link is only valid for 30 minutes . If the link expires, return to the login page and repeat from step 1.
